Football would not be football if we the fans didn't have "enemies" "rivals" or whatever you want to call them. Accidents happen in all walks of life and because it happened to be one of us a football fan, you feel more for this person, no mater who he supports.
I just hope he will get well soon and enjoy what we all do, supporting our teams.
