I think Leon Clark got a one year contract with an option for us to prolong it with one more year. We will obviously not take up this option, so I do not expect to see him back when the season is finished.

Yup, along with Patrick Agyemang and Rowan Vine, he has 1 year left on his contract after this season.

Think Rowly also has a year left and would imagine a large increase in salary written in for reaching the holy grail so doubt any of them would leave without some sort of pay-off. To be fair Rowly would probably deserve something though not good enough for the PL IMHO

I bloody hope Agyemang, Vine etc don't get a pay rise if we get promoted. Should be limited to players that have contributed in getting us there!!!!

Agreed. However there did seem to be an air of desperation in signing these players before NW took over so no idea what clauses have been added. Heard Rowly was due a large increase if promoted but how true I don't know.

Why say it like we've offered him a 4 yr deal, absolute clueless fan you are digging out a player who on his day wasn't good enough but was given a chance.

I bet you have never even seen him perform in a Rangers shirt before have you Matt-Chew

Can't we just pay him off? Buy him out of his contract?
My first game was boxing day 96 QPR 3-2 Norwich....yes we actually beat Norwich.
