Confirmed by the fact he was allowed to continue playing, even after the charges were published.
The rest seem to be admin and paperwork errors.
Be very harsh to dock points when we haven't had an on-the-field advantage.
If we win this league it will be fair and square and the others can bleat as much as they like.Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

I personally think that the FA has already given QPR an indication of what we will be charged with... how can they expect a club to appeal or not without knowing what they are appealing against? for eg in law if your in court and they say do you plead guilty you will generally know what sentence you will get if you do plead guilty? hence why some people may know what we could get given? is very late so excuse me if it doesnt make sence

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Jeffro I wouldn't worry about him to be fair.
I'm sure he and a few others were all saying selling damion Stewart would be a disaster. This is the same stewart who can't get into a **** poor bristol city defence!I played sunday league football today.

Clubs usually get docked points thrown out of cup competitions etc for playing ineligible players or illegal payments. docking points for not submitting the correct form etc would be out of proportion.
As you say, Faurlin has never neen ineligible to play, so points should not be docked. A fine of £50K would be more appropriate.
Still, this is the FA we are talking about, with a panel to judge the club and how many times have we seen one player get let off a red card by one panel, whilst another gets an extra game ban by a different panel, for an almost identical challenge.
And look at the recent cop out by them over the Rooney incident. Ben Thatcher was retrospectively punished even though the ref had already ruled on the challenge during the game.
In other words consistency, justice and the FA don't really go together.
