      Thank you Morris.
I was just pointing out that he is nowhere near the player Furlong or HH is/were.

      Surely you agree with that?

He's not on Furlongs level that's for sure.

But the point that was being made is, his start is very similar to HH's (s.hit) and I'm sure 12 months ago if you would have offered us fans the chance to release HH on a free to Watford and sign Rob Hulse, 99% of us would of taken it in a shot.

Football can change very quickly, especially for strikers as we have already seen this season.

Unfortunately at QPR (and probably most clubs to be fair) if your a striker and you have a slow start your deemed useless pretty quickly, irrespective of your previous good record at Championship level.

          This is true.

Jeffro, if your sauces are correct, then why has this only just appeared as the Football League knew about this in Oct 2010 when Ali came off of his 1 year loan, The F.League has passed this onto the F.A as they cannot handle this, also if a players contract was up in between his loan period then the only iregularities are the documents submitted in Oct 2010, why was he allowed to carry on playing football until now

RVP got booked last Tuesday for kicking the ball away after the whistle had gone.In my opinion, very harsh as he seemed not to hear the whistle.Yet at weekend, james vaughan i think it was, lashed the ball into our net and was not booked yet Adel T did get booked for kicking ball away...

Hmm, agree with you about RVP, but Adel knew exactly what he was doing when he booted the ball away. I'm fairly sure the Palace guy didn't hear the whistle, he looked really excited for a split second, afore he saw the lino

so true that fawn.....sometimes the blindness towards us astounds me...the vaughn and adel cases were like chalk and cheese, and both dealt with perfectly. another great ref again saturday, been some shite hot ones this season to be fair.

Exactly what I was thinking reading this thread. As it stands we have not been found guilty of anything, so why all the talk of what our punishment will be. If I'm ever on trial I hope none of you are on the jury

The FA know what the charges are and what the punishment will be unless we can persuade them otherwise.

Does anyone really think they sit there and think 'now what?' once anyone's found in breach of regulations?

Remember it's not a court of law, it's the FA Disciplinary panel. Guilt/Innocence rules just do not apply in the usual format.

I agree with that, but the only ones who have said points deductions are the Press.

The FA and I suspect the club know what each charge equals in terms of punishment?

The club can believe all they like that they know whats coming but simply they'll be basing their predictions on 'precedent' when there really isn't one here.

Tevez was handled by 'internally' the Premier League, whereas we've been passed on by the FL to the FA so Tevez does not count as a binding precedent.

As said, the FA will likely already know the outcome dependent on how Many if any charges we accept guilt in.

The press and fans through friends at the FA getting whispers of points deductions has more credence IMO than the club and their legal reps putting a brave face on things.

Remember the FL apparently approved the transfer and extension.

Fawny - i agree Adel knew what he was doing,Im also pretty sure that RVP knew what he was doing as did vaughan. My point...is that if RVP was booked...why wasn't Vaughan?

Nothing about being blinkered...i agree that Adel should have been booked, but the RVP and Vaughan incidents, both claiming no hearing of whistle..one gets book and one doesn't...Thats my point GTP..
