While the bottle throwing was repugnant, I thought that the Palace fans taking as many as they did, and singing and bouncing for most of the game were a credit to thier club.
For a team near the bottom with a disgraceful away record I thought that was impressive support.
Didn't have much in answer to the 'We're going to Liverpool, you're going to Harlepool' chant tho'

Got on a train full of 'em at Clapham Junction on the way to the Bush.. they were all loud then and on the way to the ground.. happily giving it to women and those in shirts.. as soon as a few chaps gave them a bit back, they went very quiet indeed.

I'm struggling to think of any clubs more muggy than this sorry outfit.

i enquired to one rather gormless looking saarf laandan twosser who had afronted one of our hoops wearing fans as to his availabilty to 'discuss' his wrong doings on a personal one to one basis...........might have been my after shave but he rather slide off sharpish claiming' im not here for any trouble mate'................oh deary me:sorry:
