The FA are not silly. They will not dare stop us going up with a points penalty and risk having to fight the Mittals thro the courts cos they know it will be the FA who will come off worst financially.
Wont even be a big fine cos if it is, then even that they cannot afford a fight with us.
A slap is the best they are gonna hand out.

I think we're all aware of the situation Hammer. We're just trying to clutch at any positive news which might mean our best season in nearly 20 years isnt going to be flushed down the toilet.

You cant blame people for being a bit touchy when a fan from another team comes on here and keeps reminding us of the potential poop we are in.

i`m only stating the possibilities.i did the very same when we were involved in tevezgate

loftusroadlad: the FA run the game not the mittals however rich they are.as i say i doubt that any club can sue the organisation it belongs in.thats worth finding out..

why is everyone not being honest;this transfer has stunk all the way from the beginning.who is faurlin?came out of nowhere and has always been clouded.i can see the fa deducting enough points to make us struggle to make the play offs.and at the present time we are not playing well enough to come throught them so i fear we will still be in this division next season

So let's all relax, cheer the lads on today and get those 3 lovely points!

              Come on you Rssssss!

a.) From what I've heard a points deduction, whilst possible is very unlikely so cheer up a bit.

b.) Not playing well enough to go up via the play offs......your joking me right? Our form is significantly better than anyone else at the top of the league, hence we're extending our lead with every game that is played.

Seriously, lighten up a bit and have some faith!
