  • Should Paladonkey be placed on gardening leave?

until this awful mess is dealt with?
Might take the focus off this nightmare and help getting back on track with our majestic promotion bid
Would stop any unrest and negative atmosphere on Saturday

Tricky one. It could be seen as a conciliatory gesture to the FA; or it might be seen as a sign of guilt. Either way whatever the views of fans about Paladini there is absolutely no excuse for chanting against him on Saturday - our job must be to remain 100 per cent behind the club and cheer on the team. Negative chants are one sure way of making sure we don't win. If we get behind the team and it plays to its potential we cd still potentially go up even with a modest points deduction, so positivity vital.

No of course not, that would be admitting his guilt, we need to front this one out.

        Business as normal, LOL

          If guilty he should walk.

As for Gardening leave, sort of gives FA ammunition that they could be right, when they are not.

          just my view of course.

I should add its not defending anyone, I'd say it about anyone who has not been found guilty

            I'm with stain and boo.

            It would look like guilt.

I do see where you are coming from, though.

How's my spilling these days, MPB?

Just down the back of my leg???

I thought it was all up my back as well, haha.

All good here, ta. Hope you're well to?

Edit: in the interest of not looking too silly, I meant 'I hope you're well too', and not 'to'

Damn it...it was going so well.

Think we should tough this one out until the end of the season then part by "Mutual agreement". Any gardening leave or dismissal now, won't help at the hearing because, as said, it could be interpreted as an admission of guilt.

At the moment GP is NOT GUILTY, if he is found guilty then yes he should go, whether we get points reduction or not BUT at the moment he is NOT GUILTY, until proven he is !

I think whether proven guilty or not, he should leave in the summer purely because of all the unnecessary adverse attention he brings to the club. There are better people out there who can fulfil his role and a lot more competently.

I wouldn't send him into Tesco to do my shopping because he'd probably issue me with a doctored receipt and nick my ClubCard points.
