Can the FA sued

If the Fa have got their allegations wrong could they be sued for ruining QPR's season by distracting them for the promotion race and the financial benefits that promotion offers?

Is there anybody connected with the fa that is connected to any of the other promotion teams are there any dark forces at work as Richard Keys might say?

How has this come about? what audit has taken place to throw these allegations up now the papers must of been checked at the time why 10 games before the end of the season are we being challenged on this matter?

If we have done no wrong then I hope they fire whoevers #### it is that brought this allegation about.

It is something I asked earlier, surely 40 million could be sued for if we didn't get promoted and were then found not guilty !
