  • sue the FA ?

If we now dip in form due to the speculation and lose top spot,
And we are then found not guilty, would we then be able to sue the
FA ? Surely we would have a strong case for 40 million ?
Very very strange timings to this particularly with the media circus it has become.

Makes me cross that they leave it until now, the same with the Tevez issue

no we should sue them if we are docked points now,
if we are denied promotion through deducted points
then sue the crap out of them. Timing and dropped form doesn't come into it, those are intangibles.

QPR cannot sue their own regulatory body. All they have done is asked us to prove that Faurlins signing is all above board. Nothing wrong with that. Lets face it, it looks like there is definitely a case to answer.

However, if we are proved innocent I am personally suing the b*stards for emotional distress.

We won't lose form, we will continue on our march. That's the only way NW will have it.

If we're docked points & it stops us going up then yes by all means open that extra super size can of whoop ass on the F.A.
