  • Is there any point...

...making heartfelt please directly to the FA, via post or via:

    http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/WhoWeAre/ContactUs ?

Perhaps not, but I did it anyway. It doesn't hurt to remind them that the people who lose out most are the fans / players / manager.

Basically I asked them that, if the charges are upheld, please don't punish the fans, players and manager (who have played no part in the issues) by deducting points.

I went on to mention how special this season has been to so many fans, how much it has meant to many many people who spend their time and effort supporting the club and a points deduction leading to a failure to gain promotion would be heart breaking. Not to mention the potential affect on the career and livelihood of the players themselves.

I also said that they'd be more than welcome to punish whoever IS found responsible and if necessary ban them from the sport - whilst understanding that whilst the club as an organisation is ultimately responsible, a fine would also be understandable.

My class are due to do letters of complaint in literacy next week.
They're on the promise of a promotion party from me if we go up, so are all willing Rangers on, despite being a mixture of Charlton, Millwall, West Ham and Palace fans.
Perhaps I should get them to all write to the FA -- hard to ignore 10 year old children's pleas.
I'd direct them as to the content of the letters, obviously... (don't mention the party!)
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

Well put, hopefully they will listen

I'm sure Paladini has already had a bash.

Nice one Snaxo, as has already been said it can't do any harm and your points are valid.

Now can you email someone high up in the club and tell them to get over to the training ground tomorrow and to tell the players that all will be OK and that they need to go out and bust a gut on Saturday and beat Palace?

                    U Rssssssssss.
