We still no nothing and can only speculate, a peice comes out leaning one way and we are all doomed, another peice comes out from a source near to the club and hurrah we are all saved.

    We still no nothing

one thisg i would say though is dont put all your faith in something like
"Barristers working for the club have looked at it from top to bottom – and there is no case to answer,"

Because the club has had some pretty rubbish legal advice in the past where they thought they had a winning position and they actually had **** all lets hope the clubs legals this time are top drawer
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

The agent issue looks like good news. Doesn't clarify the third party ownership business.

The article appears to be hinting an oversight by the FA, in that they didn't spot AF's registration because it was at the very bottom of the pile of documents:

"Chronicle sport has learned Tirri’s name is at the bottom of the FA documents for the Argentine’s registration when he joined Rangers in 2009."

What it doesnt say was it was GP who forged the signature!

So instead of our fate being decided on the pitch this season it will be decided in a courtroom. I am not happy at all.

Football SHOULD be about the fans and players. Not admin stuff.

I don't care what rucks certain people have had with him in the past... he played a blinder on the BBC today.

Public opinion could help us in this with the FA.
That's the way the world turns. Public relations, and all that...
Missed this - would love to hear it on iPlayer. What time was it on roughly...anyone have a link?

I think he spoke like a child about to have his puppy put to sleep. Having said that, you can't fault his passion for the club and football is all about emotions. He is right. It is always, unfairly, the fans who suffer the most.

Cheers Goddard. Definitely worth a listen.

Well spoken Paul Finney, spoken like a true fan.

If there is a points deduction then yes, Finney is 100% correct that it is the fans who suffer the most. Like he says, board members come and go but its the fans that are there for life.

If the club are found guilty of wrongdoing then by all means fine them as much as is deemed necessary. That way it ONLY hurts the guilty parties i.e. the owners.

A points deduction hurts the fans who are 100% innocent - no justice in that at all.

And I stress, I'd say exactly the same about ANY club who found themselves in this situation, not just QPR.
