  • Possible points deduction - the key question

As I understand it the only way you can face a points deduction is if one of your players is ineligible to play.

So the key question is - has Faurlin been ineligible for QPR at any time or not?

If not, then I don't think we will face a points deduction, probably a substantial fine.

Lets face it Bristol City and Leeds must also have lied about illegal agents as otherwise those transfers would never have been sanctioned by the FA - those clubs can't have told the truth about thwe agents either.

    Has been eligible all along.

This relates to the proper paperwork being given to the football league (ie details of third parties)

I think that is the key to any points deduction.

if we are cleared of that we wont get a pts deduction imo.

the rest of the charges will amount to a fine

what does my head in the most is the fact.. he's been our player for nearly 3 years.. and NOTHING has been done? now all of a sudden 10 games to go.. oh wait..

id be disappointed if we get a pts deduction or any sort of action this year.

              6 games x 3 points = 18 points.

Would guess its regarding the improvement in his contract which Football League say they need to know about.

He obviously proved himself, got a better contract and thats why this problem. Nothing, I have read (just interpretation) says he was ineligible. When you give a player a better contract, it normally involves the agent too.

Do any of the charges overlap? IE if he has been eligible some charges are no longer relevant?

SSN had a guy in who confirmed Faurlin was never ineligible. No points deduction for that.

Any points deduction will be for administrative **** ups
