For those unaware of this particular case -- financial irregularities and making false declarations to the FA regarding payments.
10 point deduction, 5 immediate and 5 suspended, only to be invoked if similar offences were committed.
Fine -- presumably according to club's ability to pay.
Not quite the same but a total of 27 breaches in this case.
The unlicenced agent business was not one of them, though.
