anyone else feel completely deflated?? thats probably how the players feel so even if we get off scott free, who knows if they will be playing anywhere near the quality we've got used to.

It's the charges relating to the contract extension that could result in Faurlin being judged to have been ineligible.

That's the way I see it. Worrying to say the least.

The FA has charged Queens Park Rangers with seven serious breaches of its rules over the Championship leaders' purchase of the Argentinian midfielder Alejandro Faurlin

that cant be the case because would mean a knew about his third party ownership before contract extension, leaving west ham free to sue the crap out of the fa for leeting us off first time round!!!

                Not defending anyone.

I'm just not magnifying a problem that some people seem to be jumping around their living roooms panicking because they think we will get a 18 point deduction.

you can give fuel to other clubs if you want.

This is not an issue where the player is ineligible, its relating to third parties.

Jeffo..Would GUESS he signs off all deals to the FA

                    moon_safri is spot on.

its relating to the extension of contract under another agent. Therefore its a fine at worse if case can be proved by the the agent. Even that we don't know the answer too yet.

Nothing to do with ineligible players or him being signed for another club !!

But he therefore becomes ineligible doesnt he?

"The FA has alleged that QPR fielded a player, the Argentinian midfielder Alejandro Faurlin, for a full season in 2009-10 while his registration was not owned by the club but by a third party. That, the FA alleges, breached the rule introduced in July 2009 following the Carlos Tevez affair, which prohibited English clubs from fielding players owned wholly or in part by third‑party interests."
