For arguments sake assume that game is played tomorrow so we can see the effect on our situation.
Whatever the result it means that it would take one those teams at least 3 games out of their remaining 9 to pass us. If we were to beat Palace it would mean that one of them would need 4 games to pass us from the remaining 9.
As Cardiff and Forest currently need 4 games to pass us I would say it is looking good.
But football is a strange game!
