      I believe Chelsea have been in touch with Bernie as he is to sell his shares and as a Chelsea supporter they have said to him what can you do to stop QPR getting promoted before you leave them find out anything wrong, so here we are.
      It's all a conspiracy.

        Faurlin

        Anyone else heard about the problems involved with Faurlin signing in 2009. Apparently it involved a third party which was not disclosed (as with W Ham and Tevez). Just heard it on radio.

          Well as the saying goes........There is no smoke without fire, and Paladinis case its a great big ****ing bombfire. Let us cast our mind back to the £3.5 million 'deal' and the public claim after Gorman left that Faurlin was his discovery.

                Article 35 Sanctions on clubs
                The following sanctions may be imposed on clubs for violation of these
                regulations and their annexes in accordance with the FIFA Disciplinary
                Code:
                – a reprimand or a warning;
                – a fine of at least CHF 10,000;
                – a transfer ban;
                – a deduction of points;
                – demotion to a lower division.
                These sanctions may be imposed separately or in combination

                For breach of Players Agents Regulations, C2

                Rule E3 is tosh...

                Makes depressing reading especially since haven't the **** been hit twice by this and only got transfer bans?

                      That did make me laugh reading that.

                      How many counts were West Ham charged with??

                      I read the official statement as a acceptance that we are in the wrong 'QPR and GP are confident that there has been no deliberate wrongdoing involved'

                      Should we be found guilty and the FA dont take points off us can the Football League do their own thing???
