It will go one of 2 ways.
After the whole Sheffield utd / west ham debacle , the FA will not want a repeat, and who better than little old QPR to make their mark on?
Alternatively, we have 2 Benchmark cases in **** and WHU where neither was docked points, so using that as a case bodes well for us.
Also Warnock was Sheffield united manager when they were ****ed on before, so he would walk away from football.
the fa consider faurlin to be ELIGABLE but the football league noticed this 3rd party ownership thing and handed it to the fa to deal with. back in sept when rules was brought in.
the fa let us buy out the rights for this ownership in october, faurlin playing 6 games in that period.
we then announce faurlins contract extension.. and this is where we maybe doing wrong.. by not telling the whole truth?
many scenarios and things but for sure i feel this isnt a tevez saga and faurlin has always been eligable to play in the eyes of the fa. so no pts deduction.
saying all this though, ive read multiple different things and have changed my mind 3 times in past hour.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"
If we do get a points deduction and subsequently miss out on promotion I will not be buying a season ticket next season as I will feel let down by the club.
The more I read the angrier I get, a large section of our support have wanted Paladini removed for years but we don't want to be vindicated in is way. Whether or not it blow over or we get hit with a fine the one thing I'm pretty certain off is that this situation would not have happened had Paladini not been at the club.
I feel physically sick at what the potential outcome of this might be.
