unfortunately we didn't turn up today. it wasn't even a case of a few players played well, nobody really stood out
millwall were poor and there for the taking but we just didnt get going. Orr had a decent chance at 0-0, but millwall scored from a lucky break really - the ball came back in our half and morission sneaked ahead of both defenders and thumped the ball home.
the second goal was pretty similar expect Shittu bought him down. no complaints about the pen or red card really. then it was game over. we were lucky not to concede again after that.
after the game there were bottles, coins and glass being hurled from both sets of fans and the old bill decided to stand and watch for a few minutes before doing anything. you actually had to duck from all the shrapnel. after that the journey to london bridge went without a millwall fan in sight which was good news.
just need to get today out of our system as it was one of those days. other results went for us - mos of them anyway 0 onwards and upwards.
