  • Lofus Road and the acustics?

From time to time I read that the stadium, even when the fans are singing their hearts out, it doesnt appear as the loudest one around.

Why is it like that really? Could something be done to solve this "problem"?

    I just wonder?

Didn't sound like a problem to me on saturday.
My ears were almost bleeding at the end.

The nerves from the fans are the reason that it's a bit quiet at times... until the pressure is released by a goal. It's happened a few times lately.

We are used to mediocrity and doom over the last 15 years, going to QPR almost became a habit, rather than a pleasure.
It takes time to build new habits, and realise that things are changing.
    And they've changed so quickly.

There is no problem with the acoustics at Loftus Road, trust me.

Not so. Loftus Road is one of the best grounds for atmosphere going. Given the closeness to the pitch, and the low roofs, it really rocks once it gets going. On Saturday it was superb after the goal went in. I would say though given design, the away fans will generate more noise than their numbers warrant.
Compare LR to these new souless bowls, and we are miles ahead.

I nearly took that seriously, until I saw that Stamford Bridge was number 45!
