'Boro were desperate for a goalkeeper, so Forest loaned them Paul Smith, their reserve 'keeper.
And Boyd went the other way as part of the deal.
Boyd being on 25k per week at Boro probably helped that decision... they are in big trouble. ££££
It wont stop Betty Davies from bleating on about "lack of support" from his board at Forest though. And then he can point to the "millions" that QPR have spent as the reasons we are going up, while he has assembled his team on a pittance, etc...
