Following on from the Late Kick Off Show, I bought Charlie Oatway's book today and read it on the train. For £1.99 and 104 pages, I can't really complain. It is a train read and nothing more, so job done.
In terms of QPR related stuff, not going to satisfy anyone. Very few references to QPR apart from he was born in Loftus Road, scraped his way into games and got imprisoned for sticking up for a black (un-named) QPR player.
Even in terms of an autobiography it is seriously lacking in detail. If you chatted to the guy in the pub for half an hour, you would probably know as much.
Overall, if you want a quick read, at £1.99 than okay, buy it. If you want an insight into the guy or anything Rangers, than give it a swerve. You won't be missing much.
