Well, it never works like that mate. News gets leaked which prompted questions from us the fans so the club has responded and kept us in the loop..

As ive already said, it doesnt make a bit of difference to the team or manager so we bounce into the weekends game in high spirits and crack on with our promotion bid.
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

Helps what? I dismantle companies for a living and put them back together again. Not very productive perhaps but I do know a thing or two about it. How are you suggesting the statement does or does not have anything to do with "insider trading". I am puzzled. Not much bothered but puzzled.

The issue or question here is did they need to announce - answer no. Should they - imo, no, it is destabilising and (see answer (1) unnecessary. Why did they - my guess would be either the majority shareholder wants to influence the negotiations and / or as other shareholders wanted to make it clear it was a limited sale. It is just possible they wanted to be open but I see no evidence from that in the extremely limited details they have given. Looks to me like someone was forced to announce which suggests it was the other shareholders pushed for it.

Anything else I can help you with? You should be paying top rates for this you know. I aint cheap

I am not going to labour this but really you are not in any loop. You have been told that a report that was in the Sun earlier in the week is right to suggest talks are underway about a possible sale.

That is it. I do not feel enlightened myself. All I actually know is the club is up for sale. Which does not comfort me.

Jeez you havent got much optimism have you. Why would it make you feel uncomfortable!!.. Its been common knowledge for a long time Bernie hasnt got much interest in us anymore.. Its his shares who are up for sale, do you really think the mittals will stay on and work alongside a nobody with no funds..

Major over reaction and worry for nothing.

I think you will find you do have to notify that you are in talks with a third party that may or may not lead to an offer being made for the company, but your the expert.
