I've used bet365.com for every live feed this season so far.

No time lag; decent comms; great vid quality; hi-lights at HT & FT - Only downside is you can't maximise the window.

You need to sign up for an account; but when it prompts you for a credit card; select 'remind me later' option.

Everytime I log in I am presented with the update credit card option, & I am always able to select 'remind me later'

You also have the option to watch a lot of other live sport feeds from around the Globe.
