  • anyone else feel sick..

when thinking about what could happen in the coming months? when i think about cardiff away, watford away, leeds at home if we manage to pull it off...i just feel sick. cant handle the pressure and excitment of being top. wish i could savour it, but cant cope with it tbh, always needed beer in me to cope rangers but its for a different reason now

Must admit I'm starting to sh!t it now. Everyone keeps saying relax we've got it in the bag, but just imagine nausing it up now with 12 games to go.

But I'm sure with our outstanding manager & brilliant players we will see this through.

Wish the season would end tomorrow.
My bottle is starting to go big time -- I just hope the players' bottles aren't.

i think what makes it worse, is that most of us are actually......confident.

and that makes makes you less confident again haha

I know its hard to believe but to an outsider looking in they think we have it wrapped up already. We are the best team in the division there is no 2 ways about it, we just don't concede. I really think we will open up a bigger gap at the top of the league over the course of March and I don't believe it will go to the wire. I think we going to save our best till the end of the season starting with a demolition of Leicester....I think we have enough in our locker to step up a gear.

our last four games are very tricky!

However, by then we should nearly be promoted...

We should really take each game as it comes, they all mean something different.

Sometimes a draw is not always the worst result possible...
Sometimes a win is a must!!
Sometimes if we do lose, its not the end of the world...

teams around us have also got hard run-ins!!

I personally think we are slightly lucky!!

Its all about the next 8 games rather than the last four for me!!

If we can remain unbeaten in the last 8, perfect!! picking up as many point as we can in these games is vital!!

We got a chance to put it to bed early!! Personally if we end up needing 6 points from our last two games in order to go up, then we may struggle, because I honestly couldnt tell you, if Leeds, Norwich, Cardiff, Forest or Swansea will be going up this year?!

Have to say Match Days are now becoming difficult, even tomorrow when we aren't playing but a rival is. I know we should do it and I truly believe we will but I just don't want it to be us who go down in history as failing to win promotion from a position no other team has failed from.
In times of doubt I just think of NW and I start to believe again, we have the players but more importantly we have the Manager to finish the job in style.

I just look at this little run and feel much better....

                        QPR v Crystal Palace,
                        Doncaster v QPR
                        QPR v Sheff Utd
                        Scunthorpe v QPR
                        Barnsley v QPR
                        QPR v Derby

Five of the bottom seven plus Barnsley who are 6th from bottom in the form guide!

I wake up and worry that our position at the top has somehow changed, even if no one is playing. The sooner we're over the line the better, don't know if my heart can take it and I'm being serious.
Opinions are like A******s, everyone has one, but nobody wants to see the other guy's.

I am extremely nervous too! I am confident we wont lose many, but worried we will draw too many as others continue to win such as Cardiff, Swansea, and Forest. Havign said that, we have not really been moved off top all season (apart from a week or so), so there is not really any reason why we cant keep it up. We have a near enouh fully fit squad, with very good replacements for pretty much any player that could get injured/suspended. And of course, with Warnock in charge it gives you that extra confidence. The main thing we cando is just keep winning our games, especially at home - and just hope that eventually the other teams slip up. Its so frustrating that we cant widen that gap just a little bit more - that is whats making me nervous. 6 points off third isnt a lot when we have to play Cardiff away, so lets hope we can increase it.

I agree 6 points off third isn't alot with cardiff to play, but flip it the other way and cardiff will think we're 6 behind still with QPR to play. We are more than capable of getting a result at Cardiff.
Wouldn't swap our position for anyone elses that's for sure.
