  • Do BBC like QPR ?

The commentator at the cup final said "there has been 3 big upsets in the history of this cup, one in 1969 swindon and one in bla bla and one today"
No mention of us being the biggest shock of them all when we won in 1967.
    Wot muppets !!

if we were on QT we'd get less respect than Nick Griffith
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

The biggest upset in this cup was in 86 when we were beaten by a lowly Oxford, it still hurts today.
Opinions are like A******s, everyone has one, but nobody wants to see the other guy's.

Or when Oxford Utd gave us a right thrashing.

The bloke was saying Arsenal have had 3 big upsets in the final 1969 V Swindon 1988 V Luton And today.

Stop with all this "BBC hate us bull*hit".

We're often the featured game on the FLS, we're on BBC London 94.9 a lot more than all other football league clubs, and in Dave Mac, BBC even have their own QPR fan on their website who has written some in-depth articles that the vast majority of clubs aren't going to have published for them.

Just because Claridge is a bellend and they haven't commented on our League Cup win, doesn't mean they hate us.

Is the correct answer. He was talking about Arsenal.

Agree with Nik. Compared with Palace, Millwall, Charlton etc we get a lot of coverage but as often in life we remember the negative (Claridge) and forget the positives.

how about this for a different slant

the researcher, pundit looked back at historical results say the swindon one and went aha shock, then looked at the QPR WBA final and went straight past it thinking, no shock there.

A back handed compliment to how we are perceived by others perhaps rather than a deliberate slieght.
