  • Did Forest WIn The European Cup Again?

They have just draw 1-1 and reactions from both fans and Lee Camp, you'd thought they had won the European Cup.

Forest won't be automatically promoted, ultimately Billy Davies won';t get the backing of the board in bringing in players. The board will simply say you drew against the top team away. We make the same mistake by rating them so highly and this for them was a big game, so they stepped up a level.

Wouldn't surprise me that after the Lord Mayor show Scunthorpe get a result against them or they lose on Saturday.

On the fact we are top, other fans and teams go well over-board when they get any kind of result, so it actually shows how good we are.

think they was delighted with the point after being 1 man and a goal down...as we would be.
Maybe they was expecting us to step up a gear in the second half...
Felt like a victory for them and their fans and felt like a defeat for ours.

Forest are quite rightly happy with a point against the league leaders when they only had 10 men for 70 minutes, yet there are people on here, genuinely happy we did not loose and that we got a point of an average team in 5th place, who had 10 men for 70 minutes.

The celebrations after were slightly embarrassing for them, but then again, who really cares what they did after the game?

Im more focused on beating PNE next week, rather than what Forest fans did after a 1-1 draw.

Next 11 games, we have no-one in the TOP 6 and yet to be beaten by any team outside the TOP 6 apart from Watford, so all bodes well.

we celebrated just as hard when we beat a mid table team with ten men last week.
to draw against the leaders with ten all game is a momentus performance, allow them to celebrate imo.

oh and Lee Camp and all forest players were busting a gut to beat us. It's not that our players weren't desperate but for them this was their chance to knock us down.......they didn't, we got a point and they now need to win their 2 games in hand and they'll still be behind us.

LMAO at there fans walking along SA after the game like they had beat us singing 'We only got 10 men'

Made me think people are looking up to us like the champions already thinking getting a draw was beyond there dreams

why is there such a big deal about the way the forest fans/players celebrated yesterday, to me it shows there is a good togetherness amongst them.

Remember 3 years ago when QPR needed to avoid defeat at elland rd as both teams were in relegation danger... game finished 0-0 leeds went down QPR fans/players celebrated like it was promotion day.... QPR stayed up...

err....because there's still 15 games to go....forest (and us) could still miss out on playoffs. 1 point is only 1 point. If this point had all but guaranteed promotion then fair enough. I for one will absolutely love it if scunthorpe beat them midweek.
