  • adel being moved out to the left

it seems NW recently has been moving adel out to the left more and more..

i mean even in the Morocco assist it came from the left..

do people think this will enable us to bring buzsaky back?

buzsaky behind the striker is lethal.

and if you asked me at the start of the season if adel would be useful out wide id have laughed at you but lately he has been quiet effective there.

This obsession with busczaky is strange, yes 4 years ago when we were struglling to stay in the league he was one of our better players! since then 2 seroius knee injuries and the other injuries seem to have the got the better of him. akos isint a bad player in my eyes but at most my opinion is that the level akos can play is playoffs / midtable. I havent seen anything( in the games that hes played) over the past two seasons that makes me think he could dislodge ANY of our current SQUAD

think he's one of our best players if he can regain the form/fitness he had before the injuries...only rate Adel and maybe Routledge above him.

i think tommy smith is a level or two above him, played prem football last year and for me brings more to the team, and akos played in the derry role afew times this season, and id pick derry and faurlin every time

He actually played with Derry in the holding position, when Faurlin was injured and he done very well, dont think QPR dropped a point he was playing there either. Also he is not a holding midfielder is as an attacking midfielder who's best position is tucked in behind the striker, not on the right or the left, where Smith and Routledge do best.

I have also noticed this since Routledge came back, why? as there have been a times where he has done really good from the right too.
I don't understand it, surely it makes it easier for other teams to mark him if they know he is only going to playing on the left, much preferred it when he had a free role but then i'm not Neil.

paul i only mentioned smith because v block said he rates routledge above him, so i presumed he meant geniune quality as wayne is a winger to.

The thing is with akos is that adel is twice the player of him and he plays in 'his role' and anywhere else that you COULD put busczky like the wing or the holding role, theres better players there already

Dont get me wrong hes a great sub to bring on and his set pieces and shot are a great weapon to have

The good thing about our formation is that its fluid, innit. Routs can play outside but can drift into the middle (as he's done to devastating effect twice since his return); tabs can do the same from the left. Why stick to a rigid formation when you can change it several times in a game and bamboozle the opposition? Would hope Buz still has a future. If he gets back to fitness and form would have thought Tommy Smith will be under some pressure for his place - as ideally they all should be.

The beauty of getting Akos back is - he can come in for Adel if/when he misses game because of suspension/injury. Akos will minimize that shock

You obviously all missed what was said about tarbs. If he's being manmarked, he's been told to go out to the wing, so he can collect the ball and then run at defenders, which is what he does. anything else you need to know, just call me at www.everythingyouwereafraidtoaskaboutqpr.com

I have noticed this too but felt it was Adel deciding it by himself. He starts in the middle each game but i think if he feels the right back is rubbish and he has the beating of him, which is most weeks then he moves out wide and encourages smith/hogan/routledge into the middle.

This statement could relate to Vine , Rowlands, Cook , Buzsacky .........

They're all good players but once they get a couple of injuries .... I'm afraid its time to ship them off to pastures new .

Not being harsh but sentiment has to go out the window. If you're not fit and good enough now then you won't be good enough if we reach the Prem !!
