love the reply about us and cardiff bottling it...

QPR have yet to be in this sort of position since we've been relegated from the prem. i mean we had what 2/3 games in 4th position under magilton? aside that we've done nothing.

yet cardiff i wholeheartedly agree they are bottlejobs.

    looking forward to it..

looking back to last time they came to LR it was 1-1 and they pretty much have the same team they had then. whereas we have only 2/3 players who started that game.

Message for Sir Pie: mate, have you seen the last posting on the Forest thread? Says something like "can't believe a QPR fan has gone to all the trouble to write that. Nuts man, completely nuts". Ha Ha! Still, we will see who is laughing on Sunday when I confidently predict your thesis will be proved correct...

I have a couple of stats.

We are better than Forest. We are top.

            We are at home.

They had a similar game last season, away at WBA. They actually won it.
They then proceded to bottle it, and lost in the play-offs.

So even if I'm proved massively wrong, and Forest somehow beat us on sunday, it means little.

But, with the FACT that we are top by 7 points... if we beat them, it will mean a LOT more.

Great facts Goddard... How about we have scored more, conceded less, won more and lost less than them. add to that we have the divisions most outstanding player..

I did see it. I also saw the line that said that we were all cockney's - if that guy misses the game because he ends up in East London rather than WEST London he'll only have himself to blame.

If the stats were in Forest's favour rather than ours then all be jumping up and down saying that stats are great because they don't "they must be made up".

                  Who is WestLondonR?

Playing clubs at the bottom end of the table will be much harder now.

SirPie - you going to all that trouble is why we all love you on here and seems they don't have anyone like you on that site.

I posted it, got bored of reading their over confident drivel on that site and thought a few facts backed up by statistics might put them straight. The result is barely an intelligent response to Sir Pies findings. No one is saying Forest are a bad team far from it I just feel they have not shown us enough respect up to now. They say we are under pressure not them I say the opposite as they have a difficult week coming up which could end up seeing them slip back into the Play Offs. Everyone is now watching Forest not QPR or Cardiff to see what happens next, lets see how they handle that.

They really fancy they're chances don't they. Great lets go about our business & put these annoying little runts (Kirill look away) back in their rightful place..The gutter.

Win on sunday and we could be over the hill and far far away, especially looking at some of the games coming up.

Great stats, Sirpie. Interesting to see that swathe of red for Forest's unbeaten run. Watford had theirs and will fall back a bit now. We are coming back into form and as the best team in the League I fully expect us to win on Sunday.

I appreciate that "Rangers being Rangers" etc., it can sometimes be understandable to get a little nervous, particularly as this time there is something positive so close, however :

                              5 PM Saturday August 7th, 2010

We are TOP of the league but only on goal difference. Albeit with a GD twice as good as the team in 3rd place.

                              TODAY

We are still TOP of the league, 6 months later, having been so for nearly all of that time. But now, not just on goal difference, which is now way more than double the team in 3rd place, but also by a clear 7 points.

Do we really need to be nervous ? If so, who of ? All the other teams have had 6 months to catch us up and so far have failed. I think it's those teams that should be worried.

Show Forest a LITTLE respect by all means, but other than that, let's just go out and show them why we are going up as Champions.
