conners,im sure flavio and mr russell would be delighted that you are urging non renewers to jog on,we dont need you,we will get new fans, when come the start of the season these people will be itching to go and support their team
from a personal point of view i would envisage going to at least a dozen home games, so if i take your great advice and stay away thats around £500 in revenue the club would lose, thats the way to keep us financially stable isnt it conners, alan sugar you aint my pedigree chum
any comments conners o wise one????

adethesunburyranger, I may be a little OTT, but the general picture is that i don't want stayaway punters moaning about us not buyiung this striker and that striker when they are putting f*** all into the coffers.

Would you prefer to be a Norwich, Southampton or Charlton fan today ? Those clubs have lots of heritage etc but look where they are. Now they have something to mona about, not QPR fans. We have been underpaying for years for a club our size. That is why we lost so much money every season.

so the £500+ I WILL SPEND AT RANGERS DOESNT entitle me to an opinion about how club money is spent, so sorry didnt realise it was a dictatorship, but the 700+ you spend gives you the right to lambast a lot of our support, forgive me for being a bit simple but no comprende senor???

Of course it entitles you to an opinion. My issue is with those that say that they:

          a) can afford to buy a season ticket
          b) are not going to buy one because they are not happy with the board
          c) that they will return when the board treat fans better

I'm saying to those fans f*** off. Why should those that are going through the hard times put up with tantrums of others.

Forget principles. QPR is a drug. You can't switch it on and off.

You can't call yourself a supporter if you decide you are going to go away for a while to try and prove a point.

You (not literally) are starving the team of your support, so how can you call yourself a supporter and keep a straight face.

I see Connors has found his spiritual home on Fantasy Island. The owners of this site should seriously consider re-naming it to..."we are the rangers boys who got laughed out of town on every other QPR message board.com", seems quite appropriate for the majority of jokers on here?
QBP 20th August 2009..."To be fair, I'm glad we are top of the table (for agents fees). Shows we are not a selling club anymore."

It's the most popular QPR messageboard that there is.

                Debate is welcome and encouraged.

Connors is well known on many boards as being a knob. He cant help it. It just comes natural.

i dont think you will find many that are not renewing and staying away full stop, however you will find loads who are doing what i am doing and not renewing but still going albeit to not as many games, this is a mini protest not necessarily at the price but the actions of the board, attitude to fans, i do commend you as you clearly are QPR hardcore and are very positive I just think you need to understand a lot of people are upset at last seasons events, doesnt make them any less of a rangers supporter than you, the only thing that is different that come a time of a big cup game of play off game you have more of a right to a ticket than someone without a season ticket, that system is in place and rightly so, and thats where the differences end, dont be so oneeyed about this "if they dont renewthey should all **** off" see other peoples opinions, you are clearly not daft maybe just need to open your mind?? adethesunburyranger, I am a bit too passionate at times and just type what is in my head (hence missing words/spellin mistakes etc). I respect you for standing your ground and as I have said before I do not have 100% total commitment to the board. They have made errors and they will know that. Three exceptionally successful people outside of football and they will sort this out, however, they are making progress and in the circumstances I will continue to give them my support even if they trip a few times on the way.

I do, however, have a 100% commitment to players that turn out on the pitch.

How do you defend a man who says he dont care about the £20 supporter,as the figurehead of a "brand" his term not mine, that is surely buisness suicide a la Gerald Ratner, anyone can forgive a few trips along the way, but 3 managers a season, not good, I too have 100% support to the players that turn out in blue and white, and i want them to make me regret not renewing, supporting rangers for 25+ years has not seen much success and i wish my club all the success in the world but i have principles which i believe if i renewed would have been comprimised

I admire your persistence. I think you will run out of steam before the season starts. It ain't easy doing something else on a Saturday when QPR are at home.

To be fair, many said they were not renewing last season when the prices were increased. Its not a new thing. The financial climate at the moment is appalling and its all about priorities.

As for jokers on this site. They cannot simply be jokers if they have a difference of opinion. I'd rather be a fantasy island than a fantasy rival, anyday of the week.

Lol - Conners - just when i thought it was safe to get back into the waters....you drop in a thread like above.

Adethesundbury rangers beat me to it.The fans not renewing will never leave the cluba nd not attend.Telling those fans to f... off is way off the mark.

Everyone has a price. What is yours.?At the moment you are quite happy to pay the increased price for a ST.What if FB thinks " Ah, look there are fans willing to pay more" Then - he decides next season to increase 200-300- or even 500.Would you still be as happy to pay such an increase?
