Who is out of Pompey game

All the bull that was said about miller not playing at hull etc, do we know who is certain not to play as injured on Tuesday.

Miller was dead on his feet after 70 mins. I would assume Hulse would start against Pompey so Miller can come on after 70 mins when Hulse is dead on his feet...... They could carry on alternating like this all season (especially if they're constantly being asked to play up front on their own).

Both Smith and Faurlin were badly clattered and had to go off. Routledge was also done towards the end of the match and limped off at the end.
I would think the first two are certainly doubtful, poss. WR has only a knock so might be OK.
Miller looked shag.ged about halfway through the 2nd half, and clearly needs the match time, so perhaps might play for as long as he can -- he is far more effective than Hulse.
