hes going at the end of the season anyway, and im certain of that.
and ive said it before and ill say it again.
IF someone wants him bad enough to pay us now to prevent a signing war with other clubs at the end of the season, they will do so, sign him now, but not take him till the summer. (im sure that would be part of the deal)

I wouldnt accept any bid for him, as without him, we wont go up, simples. If he decides to leave when we are up there, not sure we can do anything, but he value will surely go up if we are promoted - so we should wait

If Chelsea meet Fernando Torres £50m buy out clause then I guess they would.

Warnock or Taarabt are not going, factamongo
              Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
              And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Of course Kenny was at Rangers recently. But this has to be tosh. Adel doesn't fit their style of play at all and he would probably be after Stevie G's slot. Can you imagine that or even imagine them in the same team? No. Kenny may not be a tactical genius and may have a bias to attacking from the middle but even he'd struggle to squeeze another roaming midfielder into the team.

It is more likely Adel's agent earning his crust by planting nonsense to draw attention to him for future I reckon.

not saying hes going, but i do think neil and the board would both be hhappy to let adel go for anything over 6 or 7 million so they can use the tasty profit and rebuild for the premiership with grafters.
                    thats just my opinion.
we are a little club, and a selling club, but thats a fact, not my opinion.
Historically, this is true but to say that in the present tense may or may not be true depending on the ambition of our current owners. Should they so choose, with their wealth, they could make us the buying club and Liverpool the selling club.

Hadn't seen this before it was quoted above. Fair comment. I think the threshold for the Board to sell Adel is probably a lot lower than people on here imagine. Let's not forget he "only" cost a million 26 games ago and the price is not going to rise dramatically in that short time. 5million would be a good day at the office for the Board's coffers. Stupid and shortsighted imo but undeniably a good move in terms of immediate profit.

But all that said I do not think he will go. I genuinely do not think there is any real interest from the Prem. If there was he'd be gone. This is all puff and nonsense.
