If Bent was 21m by that yardstick you'd have to put Adel at 30m at least as he's a far better footballer and if he continues scoring at the same rate, will have a better goal scoring ratio as well.

Im sure he has a clause in his contract where he can go for peanuts. Maybe slightly more than we paid but i bet its not by much. Would have been a fool not to include one.

Deadline day always throws up some kind of madness and I really get the feeling someone be it Man Utd or whoever are going to come in for Adel last knockings for around £9-12M. Probably not but I just have a feeling. Its all been a bit quiet.
