Funny timing for all this though.
"Murdoch's media empire will now come under big pressure to deny any link between the Andy Gray leaks/sacking, and Grays pending legal action against the News of the World".
(Paul Haywood - Observer Journo)
Both Sky and NotW basically owned by Murdoch.
Stitch up??
You decide.Last edited by Goddard; 25-01-2011, 06:08 PM.Final Version - Hope you like it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1z0UQ0eqRM

Sacking was pretty inevitable - can't see why anyone would think different. The employer simply cannot be seen to tolerate Gray's views; it would hand a massive initiative/advantage to ANY Sky female employer who subsequently needed to bring some sort of legal action or employment tribunal against Sky.... Sky would be painted as a big "Lad's Club" that turned a blind eye to any sexist behaviour amongst its employees. You just cannot express racist/sexist/intloerant views in the work-place today and expect to get away with it. Fact that Keys/Gray are in the public eye massively amplifdies things - people like them have to be whiter-than-white.
