Makes you realise that players are still basically people like us with hang-ups, pressures and life in general to deal with. Seems NW is the sort of manager who realises that and brings the best out of players (all players, not just Adel). Article certainly hihlights the enormous pressure a young foreign player faces when relocating to UK and the need to give them time and actively aid their assimilation into our ways on/off the pitch.Comment

If we get promoted would LOVE to see him stay for at least one season just to see him prove to people that he can play at the highest level with QPR. After that then I hope he gets his wish to play for an Arsenal/Barcelona or whoever!Comment
