WhenI logged off for the weekend on Friday lunchtime my mood was dark thanks entirely to a selection of negative posters here. Arguments about the lack of ambition, none of the mentioned targets would sign - no one really believed WR or Miller would come and what point in signing him anyways as he was injured and couldn't possibly be worth it. The usual anti (insert initials of anyone that appears to be the anti-christ to some posters) moans about interference and not to mention that guff about Warnock will walk.

Lo and behold, later that day I heard Neil himself on live TV saying how we had signed Miller, Routs and Chimbonda, the man was smiling, relaxed and loving life, but still I had this dark feeling - let's face it we were only just top of the league, the chasing pack closing in (even though with the exception of one week) they never yet had caught us, our poor defenders boasted the best record in the country (though god knows how because soon enough the rest would discover just how pony.............) and the lack of goals and fire power advocated here was beginning show us up for what we really are - top of the league, best defensive record and the best goal difference by a country mile!?

So, Sunday comes and goes, 5 points clear with the winning habit back in the sights and some impressive hints from the new signings - message board harmony awaits methinks when I log on this morning..............

WTF - still the mouth tastes of a full up ashtray after reading the thoughts of some, the darkness remains even if some are trying their hardest to lift it.

I won't be leaving and will still be posting because it's part of the life of a Rangers fan and a WATRB fan - but I need to get that off my chest because it really has been getting me down
