Thought it was crucial we held out today after what happened against Bristol City.

Had we conceded late on again, could have started to cause doubts in the players' minds when we are leading games.

Thought Taarabt and Routledge were excellent and Miller looked impressive when he came on.

On a side note, I know he's sc.um etccc but thoguht Marlon King was very good for Coventry today.. caused us all sorts of problems whenever he had the ball.

And for other teams looking at the 5 point gap......it must look like a mountain to climb

Just like in the away fixture. He did play very well today indeed. Just glad he weren't on the winning teams side.

I was starting to get a little nervy that the way we play means that if we concede first we often goes to pieces. Mainly because we get caught on the break when we push forward for an equaliser. It happened really badly at Watford despite us having most of the possession.

It was good to be proven wrong today. We got a little lucky with the Eastwood chance that could have made it 2-0, but we stuck to our game and got the deserved three points. There was a period when we stopped playing mainly cause Kenny and Westwood were literally doing one-twos to each other with their kicks. When we got it on the ground we played them off the pitch, especially in the wide areas.

It's also good to score two quality goals. Nothing better than winning with a sublime bit of football.
