93 days is the maximum for a 'short term' loan deal. You are only allowed 2 'long term' loan deals a season, Walker will have been 1 so quite possible were looking at another loan.

Just seen his interview on Player - The good news is he's saying his hamstring feels fine - no pain, so its just a matter of getting his fitness levels up.

Well we have only one at the moment,Routledge,Shittu will probably sign a short contract like Chimbonda, but NW is also after Benni NcCarthy on a long term loan so....

Benni McCarthy failed to impress on trial not so?

Possible wishful thinking. Hopefully we've got another loan in the pipeline

Wouldn't be my choice stanley as even if he isn't injured can't believe he is match fit and this has all the hallmarks of rob hulse mark 2 ("he will come good, he just needs time..."). But warno has done ok so far and with a limited budget it must have been the best he cd get so we just have to hope the gamble pays off.

Hope he does well, only 23 so time to improve if fit.

Dilemma with loans is his value. I would guess his value now is 1.5-2 mill, if he does well and scores 8-10 goals his value might then increase to 3-4 mill when we want to put in an offer.
