Good read. Makes sense and could be a very exciting next half of the season for us.

Great to hear that he thinks we've got it spot on with our transfers so far.Opinions are like A******s, everyone has one, but nobody wants to see the other guy's.

The biggest reason for me why I'm delighted to have Routledge back (and the same could apply with Miller) is this paragraph from DMc:
"Another reason – maybe the biggest – that getting Routledge makes sense is that his pace is now sure to affect the starting position of opposing defenders, who up until now have faced a side that are a bit one-paced. It’s likely to move defences back a few yards, and that will create more space for you-know-who behind the front three."
Exactly what I've been noticing over the last few weeks.
No pace = No need for defences to drop deeper = Less space for our midfield players.
I noticed it at Burnley last week in particular.
Apart from Walker, we had no real pace. And that's part of the reason Kyle stood out so much with his overlapping runs past high defensive lines.
The opposition will now have to re-think that little plan, because once Wayne Routledge is goal-side of a defender... He aint gonna catch him.
Nor Miller, when fit.Final Version - Hope you like it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1z0UQ0eqRM

I'm made up with the new boys... I think they're all exactly what we need to bolster our squad/team for the run-in. It'll be easy to pop up and criticise them in several weeks if they don't deliver but today and on paper I think they all look like shrewd pieces of business by NW and the board. Thinking back, I don't think the club's put a foot wrong for getting on for a year now - makes me really positive and optimistic for future!
