Winning a Match from the bench

NW has said on a couple of times about having someone on the bench that can win us the game, i can only say getting Phillips on loan till the end of the season will sort this now we have lost Agemang.

This is just my view but if we are losing 1-0 he can come on for 20-30mins and can get you a goal and it might just make the diference in going up automatic or via Play offs

The reason why he wants to leave brum is because he is a sub. He wont come here and sit on the bench.

He'd come here if we paid him appropriately. He may throw a nosh in if you pay him very appropriately. All I mean is I am pretty sure Phillips personal ego and ambition are sated and all he is after is somewhere that doesn't damage his reputation or hurt his professional pride. TBH he'd be no worse off here if the money was sorted and actually we could give him some pluses - three promotions he could win wouldn't it be? But it is all the money and there this ends

I just cant see any negatives about us getting him, he gets another medal (champions) he will get more mins on the pitch with us than with Brum and we need a poacher from the bench and he would be free just wages to pay its a no brainer
