  • The Common Denomin-waiter??

The transfer policy at QPR has been a farce for years.

Is there one person who has been a constant in all this I ask myself?
    Answers on a postcard please...........

Seems to me a geniune football man was given his head in the summer and started steadying the ship.
Then maybe something changed policy wise -- the people who were in the sharp suits heralding a brave new age seem to have vanished -- Ishan Saksena and Amit dropped off the edge of the earth? ("Real passionate football people behind me" -- NW quote).

I have a theory in all this and I'm investigating it now, Columbo at your service.

I think this season the deals we've had have been really good

Hulse, Clarke and mackie good value

Tommy smith bit late in the day.

Summer kenny, Derry, Hill, all cracking signings

Moen brought in November to sign in January

You sound a little unhappy about being top?

Clarke "good value"? Not if you measure value for a striker in goals he isn't.

LBLOCK is right, our transfer dealings are pathetic.

I'm ecstatic at being top --- I'm even more thrilled at being 5 points clear of 3rd becuase we need a buffer.

It matters not to me whether we are top, middle or bottom - my view will be the same even if (when?) we are promoted ---- whoever has overseen the vast majority of our 4,593 signings in the last 6 years needs to be taken out for a long walk off a short pier.

I don't know who that is but to me he's not qualified to hold a position at the club I love.

You can defend that person by trotting out NEIL WARNOCK signings but I think even you know that is a very weak frost on the window.

There really is no pleasing some is there. Top of the league 3 points (5 from the real threats IMO) clear with a game in hand and all people want to do is bitch about signings. We haven't rushed to bring players in as yet and quite frankly I don't blame us just yet. We never had any ambitions of a nice cup run, it was the league we were interested in nothing else. We should of won against Burnley and they certainly were happy with a point against us and we were the away side. Players will be in before Sunday, I don't think Neil will make a statement like he did if they weren't. I really don't get some people. Considering were almost went to the wall a few years back and having spent over £40 odd million in the last few years I'd say we ain't in bad shape. Players and other club managers are already accusing us of buying the league and we haven't even got promoted yet. Talk about some people wanting us to run before we can walk properly.

Okay, Clarke and Hulse were also The Waiters signings, so to were Kenny, Smith, Derry and Mackie.

When did Mackie play for Warnock before? You cannot have it both ways and say well "I don't like Miller" so it can't be a Warnock sigining

Reality is, fans want a scapegoat because we are Top and feel a little pressure with teams chasing us. We all want the club to spend millions, reality is you will not find a person more focused than Warnock to get us promoted and in him I trust.

if he wants Routledge or Miller I really don't care. I trust his judgement.

IMO Queens Park Rangers would be far better off if GP hung up his brown envelopes and quietly slipped out the door and off into the sunset.

Im sure NW could do without him lingering around. Like he doesn't know how to sign a player or spot talent. It's insulting that the best manager we've had in years is being asked to have a look at players by an unqualified ex waiter with seriously loose lips.

Amazing how quiet this board was last window when GP wasn't allowed near the training ground.

You are convienently missing the point.

Lets agree Warnock wants WR and I for one see no reason why not.
Do you think it's NW's style to then telegraph it to you or anyone else that it's "100% done deal" when patently it's not?

The manner in which your friend conducts himself is a disgrace in ALL our transfer dealings.

If I find out my other theory is correct then i would chase him out of town myself.

                    Goodnight

But are they the players he wants or the players he's having to settle for? Remember, Warnock said if he ends up with more than one loan, he has failed.

Its sad to think they we're supposed to be a PROFESSIONAL football club.

You have to admire propaganda Petes loyalty to the man.

Why do people still believe what others write?

                            Sir Les

                            The propaganda is certainly working.

To indicate Warnock is a puppet for the board is very worrying.

I'd rather believe he decides who comes and goes from this football club
