One player who looks to be on his way out of St James' Park is Wayne Routledge, with Pardew confirming they have accepted a bid from QPR to take the winger on loan.

"They're still talking, the clubs and the player," he added. "He didn't train today so we'll have to wait and see on that one. It's an offer we've accepted."

little shite doesnt want to come, its obvious.
cant stand the bloke as a person, and 99.9% of this board treat the pr ick like hes some r's hero.
when the true r's hero is laid up in bed with a double broken leg.

Did the BBC and SKY say it was 100% done though!? Hey, as Pete says "things change in football", well, at QPR anyway!

Zzzzzzzzzz! But it was a "100% done deal"! Where will the funeral be held for the credibility for some on this site be held if this falls through? I need to know where to send flowers...

I could have said it's because we have a bloke called GP doing the deals, background stuff, as Pete calls it, so maybe that is why it is never 100% done, but that would be too easy to say, so I won't....oops!

Pardew saying they've 'accepted a bid' are we meant to be buying him then? Didn't think a bid would have to be accepted for a loan would it?

Sounds like its WR stalling nothing else. I reckon another club has come in for him at the last minute, basically what he done to Cardiff when we came in for him.

That definitely throws a spanner in the works

No wonder we have not got official confirmation.

End of the day Sky did say done deal, Pardew has said accepted offer and its been confirmed by the BBC.

Guess is some hitch with some kind of bonus at Newcastle (only a guess) and still expect it to happen.

I remember another player taking time to sign it might have been Tommy Smith or Bradley Orr?
