Wouldn't be my first choice with his injury and scoring record but if Warnock rates him better than anyone else who is available and in our price range he will have my backing. The good thing is that with Tabs, Smith and Routs providing the amo just about any striker has got to score some goals, surely? Even Rob Hulse perhaps.

Only problem, he has played just 14 mins since he's injury !

I'm happily prepared to be pleasantly surprised by this bloke.

But I think we could get far better, without spending silly money.

          But good luck to him.

Before injury looked the business in this league. Potentially good signing although would also like another striker who is fully match fit and has the ability to kick or head the round thing between the sticks.

Miller and Kevin Phillips would be nice.

That was a hell of a partnership at WBA.

I think he could be that striker we've always wanted so badly.
                    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Just hope it doesn't take him three months to become that striker because we need someone to hit the ground - and the back of the net - running.

reckon Bent to Villa is the catalyst for this -
Bent to Villa. Carew to WBA. Miller to us.

                          My concern about him too.

When 100% fit, he's clearly a good young player.

                          But....?? etc..

He must be fit, they won't do that twice in one season surely!

West Brom striker Ishmael Miller will have a medical at QPR today before signing on loan for the rest of the season.

Miller had damaged his hamstring but is back in training at the Hawthorns.
