I think we did. We certainly showed an interest.

As I recall, he wanted far too much money wages wise.
A friend of a friend was out with him and his family socially around that time and he was massively flashy and gobby. So perhaps a good move, may well have upset the dressing room and/or Adel.

And his scoring rate isn't all THAT good is it ?

If we're gonna pay big wages, Roberts for me.
If not, Austin / Le Fondre offer better value and scoring ratios.
