We kept a clean sheet at Burnley, thats some achievement.

A point away, is not the end of the world. Have to beat Coventry though.

Teams like Forest , Watford, Leeds and Swansea will be dangerous
All teams are gonna be a danger to us from now on !!!

Hulse and HH may be similar, but Hulse is like a poor man's Helguson.
Helguson wins far more in the air and is more accurate with where he puts them.
Hulse misses a lot for a big bloke, and I wonder whether he is either unfit or too old.
Either way, we need a quick poacher in front of goal especially if we DO get Routledge in, as he tends to put in low crosses (hopefully Smith coming in from the other wing wll be on the end of some of them), and I don't think Hulse is quick enough any more to do that.
Feel sorry for Hulse, not because of the criticism, but because we're not seeing the player he once was, and he must know that and feel very frustrated about it.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

I know what you are saying but i feel sorry for us for paying out decent money to buy him and to pay him big wages if what you are saying is true and that he isnt going to find his old form, the form that made him a real handful in this division. I did sense at the time that it may have been a panic buy because it was clear that Jason Roberts was Warnocks no.1 target

get off his back for **** sake.. you all did the same to helguson and now your saying he is the best striker we've got.

if you back the players they'll play alot better than if you slate them for no ****ing reason.

hulse is ours and is likely to start most games between now n end of season.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
            Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

Yeah after he's started 8 games.. how many times have you actually seen him play?

Bet you were one of those saying the exact same about Furs when he started with us.

I'll support him in the ground mate.
But I thought you were allowed to express an opinion,
on a well paid pro-footballers skills on a messageboard.
Is he proving a good signing so far, of course not,
we'd of won the last 2 with a striker, and that's why they're looking for one!
                        Hope he proves me wrong.

remember when we bought furlong, didn't play great at first and some fans even sang 'chelsea reject'. he turned out more than alright in the end! just give hulse a bit of a chance!

He needs a "proper" goal, not the scrambled effort which was accredited to him. When he gets that, my gut feeling is that he will score a few....
Have to say he has been a little disappointing so far though.
