Didn't think game was that drab. Conditions were attrocious very rainy/windy throughout and their always-hard pitch was even more tricky than normal with a wet slick on it.
It was tight but we never looked like conceding - if ref had given us the pen we deserved when Adel was tripped two foot inside box (ref gave free kick on edge of box) it would have been 0-1 and game, set and match.
About a thousand, maybe 1200? Yeah there was reasonable noise - nothing massive/sustained; s'pose the game needed a goal to spark the crowd. Burnley lot were pretty muted. Irks me to say it but I just get the sense there's some nerves creeping into our fans - can't really say we had much cocky chests-out swagger/noise in the away end today.
Decent sustained effort of warnocks blue and white army but let face it most supporters are not going to join in with "El hadj djouff has got aids"
Some of those that were singing seemed more interested in baiting the rangers fans that were not singing with stuff like "where were you when we were ****" and the bizarre "**** off back to Berkshire"
No idea what they were thinking because there were no glory hunters there as far as I can see just the same 1000 odd that have turned up in all weathers at wrexham, chesterfield, vauxhall motors, cheltenham etc
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks
