Not sure who "whoareya" supports but there are a load of disgruntled Everton fans on Youtube and surely records like this should be put forward as evidence of Diouf's past behaviour if the Mackie case is being taken seriously by the FA.

El Hadji Diouf has to be the most repulsive man who has ever been lucky enough to earn an excellent career through playing, it ****** me off that such a low life ****bag has earned a ridiculous amount of money from kicking a ball around, someone with his personality shouldn’t be blessed with the ‘talent’ he has, I say ‘talent because I don’t even think he’s a very good footballer.
His whole career has been littered with indiscretions, During his time at Sochaux, he was involved in a succession of minor transgressions. This resulted in the move to Rennes, where he was convicted for driving without a licence, and was involved in a car crash. Taking into account his age and evident remorse, the French courts sentenced Diouf to community service.
Diouf has so far been involved in 3 cases of spitting at either opposing fans or players, whilst at Bolton he spat at Middlesbrough fans. He had started his English career with Liverpool and was seen spitting at Celtic fans during a Champion’s League game, the ****bag originally pleaded not guilty then after a few days he changed his plea, apologized to the fans and invited them to Anfield as his ‘guests.’ His last bout of spitting at someone came when he spat in the face of Pompey player de Zeeuw. Even his own teammates were left struggling to defend him.
It annoys me so much that he still has a place in football after these disgusting, cowardly acts but worse was to follow. Diouf was questioned by police after allegations that he had made a racial slur to a ball-boy during a match at Everton, telling him to “**** off, white boy”. Diouf defended his actions by saying Everton fans were racially abusing and throwing bananas at him. However, police found no evidence of racial abuse or bananas. So not only has he been racist towards a young boy but he has lied to try and dig himself out of the hole he found himself deservedly in.
What Diouf did on Saturday was one of the most despicable things to happen in football since Roy Keane admitted he wanted to end Inge Haalands career when he broke his leg. During the F.A cup game against Q.P.R Jamie Mackie unfortunately broke his leg in 2 places in a 50-50 challenge with neither player being at fault, Diouf wasn’t even involved in the challenge but as Mackie is lying on the floor, Diouf runs over and starts abusing him and giving him **** whilst he’s lying on the floor, I’m sure everyones heard about this so I won’t bang on about it for too long.
My main point is that I think Diouf may be the most disgusting player to unfortunately appear in English football, Blackburn Rovers should take a stand, **** him off to train with the reserves, fine him the maximum amount and let his career rot. His whole team/manager/chairman should be massively embarassed by his actions and he shouldn’t be allowed to play in England again, enough is enough.
For a long time football has lacked morals but Diouf’s disgusting happens time and time again, it seems to be getting worse rather than better, he rarely shows remorse for his horrible actions…so come on Blackburn, throw the horrible ******* in the reserves and see how he likes that!!
