    Please don't join in, as any kind of good footwork or flair on the dance floor will NOT be tolerated by Paul. However if you are willing to dance till 6am thats good enough. Don't worry if you dance like an embarracing dad its all about commitment and workrate.

    I played sunday league football today.

    Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

    I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

    We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
