Not giving much away although he mentioned a few clubs had shown an interest but he would like to extend his contract at Blackburn. He wasnt sure if the Santa Cruz move had ben confirmed yet and he was hopefull of more football in 2011. When you consider our somewhat frosty relations with Blackburn, the fact he would like to stay and that several clubs have shown an interest I think its safe to say this on is a non starter.

Not sure about that. Footballers are always in denial about their lack of first team opportunities. "I want to get more football in 2011" - well how's that going to happen at Blackburn if Santa Cruz arrives? That said wouldn't be surprised if a struggling Prem club nipped in for him.

Agreed I think this Senegalese Rat problem has hampered any chances we may have had.

Whole different ball game now Allardyce has gone and Blackburn now think they are European Champions, so doubt it will happen
