But as you can see from the Southwark Times piece, his agent is clearly telling everyone he wants to go to them. No surprise as he will be out of work altogether if Wall don't resign him. I wouldn't get too excited if you find this prospect exciting just yet!


I would think the contract terms Dazzer tells us he is saying he wants/will gett (1 and a half years with an optional year) are absolutely unacceptable. He can take 6 months and see how he goes. Why would we want to take a 30 year old Bosman who is struggling to find a club and give him his retirement package. He will not play if we make it to the Prem for same reason he can't get a game there with anyone else at the moment

Will never forget when he was with us and got that serious injury, he came on to the pitch for an interview to thank the fans for their support and the whole crowd sang the chim chiminey song and he started crying. He is a top bloke, whilsthe may not be the worlds best CB, 6 month deal for a player who knows the club, hungry to prove himself and get to the Prem in a team with the same ambitions seems like an ideal signing.

Big Dan (and his agent) has been marketing himself a move for months and months now. Ever since he was cut off at Bolton. Nowt wrong with that - nor his ego (see attached from before Christmas) - but it does make me sceptical there is truth in this as he is claiming he is going all sorts of places and nowhere! Time will tell.

Not sure of Sh.ittu. Have a worrying feeling he's now like Sol Campbell. Too heavy, too slow to be able to get a regular game. Didn't pull up any trees at Millwall but aided the groundsman in keeping the playing surface flat!

Same view I had when people were clamouring for Les's return. He's not the same player he was and would damage the fondness in which he's held.
