I must say if we were in the premiership i feel there would've been much more coverage regarding Jamie's injury
The problem is that as soon as Warnock called him a sewer rat the incident becomes all about Warnock's comments. Jamie Mackie is a relatively unknown footballer who has broken his leg in a 50/50 tackle whereas Neil Warnock has been in the game for decades and has called another professional a "sewer rat".
If Mackie had broken his leg in an incident similar to the Eduardo/Taylor tackle then I'd expect more news coverage.
